As a lot of you already know, the Fourth Annual DFW Yarn Crawl occurred over the past week and a half, August 21-30, in yarn/fiber/knitting/crocheting shops and business all over the DFW and NE Texas area. It's a great time for shops to open their doors to Yarnies and for all the fiber fans to be able to get out and meet and network together.
This year, TOFS had the privilege of bringing some of our hand dyed yarn and setting up a display in The Fiber Circle, in Farmersville, TX. Diane, the owner of The Fiber Circle, gave TOFS some room right in the front of her store and gave us the opportunity to meet lots of Yarnies and fiber fans and the also show off some of our beautiful hand dyed yarn. Abby and I would like to thanks Diane and Gordon at The Fiber Circle, as well all the people that came into the shop to meet us and chat about our yarn and other yarn related things. We got to meet a lot of great people and we just wanna thank all of you!
ALSO... if you've never made it to Farmersville, you need to take a day and go visit The Fiber Circle!!! I heard the store refered to as "yarn heaven" more times than I could keep track of this weekend.
Here's some pics from this great weekend! Please take note that The Fiber Circle is literally packed to the ceiling with yarn. lol
